FlyMounte is a premium Kashmir travel platform that Nuvayn Labs designed and developed from the ground up. The project involved a complete website revamp featuring cinematic parallax animations, an AI-powered chatbot for 24/7 customer support, and a headless CMS that doubles as a lead capture engine.
Built with Next.js 15, React 19, and TypeScript, the platform features multi-layer GSAP parallax animations in the hero section with clouds, mountains, and birds moving at different depths. The draggable circular package carousel, built with trigonometric positioning, is one of the most technically impressive UI elements on any Kashmir travel site.
Payload CMS 3.0 powers the backend with 12+ content collections including Destinations (50+ fields), Packages with itineraries, Blogs with SEO optimization, and a Form Builder plugin that lets the marketing team create lead capture forms without code. Every form is protected with Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA and rate limiting.
