Screening Software

Project Description

This project involved developing a secure online assessment platform used by recruiters to evaluate candidates through multiple test formats before shortlisting them for interviews. The client needed a way to reduce manual screening and implement standardized, unbiased, and tamper-proof testing at scale.

The platform supported various assessment types — MCQs, paragraph rephrasing, audio-based answers, structured writing tests, and more — with real-time proctoring to maintain fairness. Recruiters could create their own tests, reuse existing question banks, and automate the entire evaluation and ranking process.

By integrating smart monitoring features like tab-switch detection, face movement alerts, and full test recording, the system eliminated malpractice while ensuring reliable and scalable candidate filtering.

Our Role

End-to-end development of a secure and intelligent assessment system used for large-scale candidate screening.

Problem Solved

Traditional HR screening relied on resumes or manual interviews, which led to inconsistent evaluation, subjective judgment, and difficulty handling 500+ applicants per role without quality loss.

Solution Delivered

Built an AI-enabled assessment and proctoring system with multi-format tests, real-time monitoring, and automated evaluation, reducing pre-screening effort and cutting hiring timelines by 60%.
